Our Wedding

Clay and Colleen began their relationship 8 years ago (nearly to the day of the wedding) while attending Strongsville High School. Clay was a senior and Colleen a sophomore when their paths crossed in an Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps class. JROTC was more than a class and provided the means for students to develop as young adults shaping who they wanted to be in their local communities. Their friendship quickly blossomed into a strong relationship during their participation in color guard events, many community services opportunities, and other group activities with their fellow cadets. These high school sweethearts can’t wait to celebrate their day with you! After all, you are invited for the direct impact you had in molding them into who they are today.

Ken is serving as best man on behalf of Tyler Kelly, who was selected for a three month airline training program. Clay is immensely proud of Tyler as he pursues his goal of becoming an airline pilot and is honored to have his father by his side on such a significant and memorable occasion.

We are incredibly excited to see you in our hometown of Cleveland! If you need accommodations, see our reduced block rate below! We understand you may have hotel points or preferences between different companies and strongly urge you to utilize the option that best suits your needs.

We have a relaxing guest block of 10 rooms encompassing 5 standard and 5 chandler suites with breathtaking views of the Playhouse Square chandelier! Stay one night or two with our flexible block! Utilizing our season tickets to Playhouse is one of our favorite reoccurring dates. We definitely recommend a breakfast or lunch at “Yours Truly,” where we eat before each show. HOW TO BOOK:Use "website" link below to view the group block and rates. Rooms must be booked by December 12 to secure group rate. PARKING:Hotel offers valet parking only, which is located at the front of the building. Overnight parking is $49/night per vehicle + tax, and includes in and out privileges. BREAKFAST:Breakfast is not included in the guest room rate. Brel’s Restaurant offers a full breakfast buffet at $16.95 per guest. We recommend “Yours Truly” located directly next to the hotel.

Welcome to Cleveland!   We elected to celebrate the Catholic sacrament of matrimony in a traditional manner. Because we recognize that a 4-5 hr block of time between ceremony and reception can create an awkward gap in your day as a guest, we brainstormed some awesome ways to pass the time! Spanning every genre, this was one of our favorite dates. You have the chance to learn about your favorite artists while jamming out to music of every era! There is also a music garage with every imaginable instrument to create your own jam session free of charge. We just hope you are better than us!

On one of our earliest dates we took Clay’s grandmas here to marvel at some thought provoking and powerful pieces of art spanning a multitude of mediums and ethnic origins!

Various bars, restaurants, and scenes to explore. Definitely plan to arrive to the reception hungry to eat for some mouthwatering dishes curated from different origins including local polish cuisine!

Explore 4th Street! (free-flexible)

Unwind with a drink or 6 at one of the many incredible bars downtown. We recommend some light bites as we will have some incredible cuisine prepared for you for dinner during the reception!

Bar Hop! (flexible)

Unwind in the comfort of your own home or hotel. Recharge and get ready to get wild in a few short hours at the reception!
